TANZANIA VETERINARY BULLETIN

Abstract

The Tanzania Veterinary Bulletin is entering yet another phase following the appointment of a new Editor and Assistant Editor. It will be re-called that Prof. R. Tucker was the first and pioneer Editor of the BULLETIN and then later came the late Prof. C. L. Kombo. The most recent Editor was Prof. B.M. Kessy, from whom the present Editor and Assistant Editor have taken over. We would like to thank all the former Editors for their tireless efforts in ensuring the smooth running of the BULLETIN. We promise to continue the good work done and hopefully improve where there is room for such improvement. You will notice that this is Volume 8 of the BULLETIN which was supposed to come out in 1986 but could not because of a number of technical problems. Those problems have more or less been solved now and hence we should be able to clear the back-load within this year, 1989. The type setting of this volume has been computerized for the first time.
